• After my mother moved to be near my sister in Louisville, her Noblesville condo was on the market for over a year. I met Rita Woll who was wrapping up the sale of a neighbor's condo across the street. As I lived over an hour away in Greenwood and have a busy schedule with work and family, I could not easily make the trips to Noblesville necessary to take care of matters related to upkeep, staging, and the like.
