Just Packing and Unpacking 
Pack belongings from your existing home to unpacking and setting up the household at the new location (moving from one location to another, or downsizing from a larger home to a smaller one, assisted living, or nursing home).

Supervise.Control Move Out and Move in Day
Yellow Tag Household Sales can arrange and coordinate movers and supervise during move out/in. Also, present while movers transfer items.

Organize. Sort. Shred
We will organize all your wanted belongings and documents while boxing and sorting through your personal items for the family to review, retain or dispose.  Any old or outdated papers are destroyed by an authorized document shredding company.

Appraisals. Digital Inventory
High value collections/artwork/special pieces can be itemized and photographed. These items are evaluated by an independent appraiser and inventory company. If items are to be sold, identifying the avenue that achieves the greatest value (internet sites, auction houses, or private sale) is all considered for the family's benefit.

Estate or Tag Sales
Household items, furniture, appliances, electronics are orchestrated and displayed strategically around the home and appropriately tagged. All glass, crystal, silver, chandeliers are polished and cleaned, and table cloths placed on the tables to attractively display dishes. Our security staff is always present on all sale days. It is our desire to treat your family heirlooms with respect and honor. If there are special stories about pieces we love to share those with clients. Marketing. Event Planning
We develop a marketing plan and advertise our estate sales blogging through our Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn accounts and our extensive E-mail list, local newspapers, yard signs, websites, networking contacts, and realtors.

Contact. Coordinate. Donations 
Yellow Tag Household Sales sorts, packs, and arranges all items to be donated to the family's favorite charity or we can make suggestions. The family will receive an itemized, typed list of donations for tax purposes.

Final Clean-outs
After the family member has moved out of the existing home, or In the event of losing a loved one, we can run an estate sale or clean out the entire home of household possessions. We can arrange for professionals to totally clean the house including carpets. We can arrange for painters, handymen, carpenters, and lawn professionals if the house will be sold, rented, or auctioned. We can stage the home with furnishings for the realtor's showings.  Otherwise, the house will be broom swept clean.

Nutritional Coaching

As our aging parent(s) might be on a lot of medications and live alone, their food choices in many cases are opening a can or a box for food.  All "dead" food choices and not "live". Rita Woll, C.N.C. is a certified nutritional wellness coach. She works with the senior, caregivers and families on menu planning, preparation, shopping, and "live food"  choices in the house. Educational grocery store tours with the caregivers/family members on eliminating processed foods, artificial food coloring, sodium, artifical additives, and more from their diet.
